All Tough Quality, Adapts to all kinds of mounting applications. All Lexan® WingTips® mount easily using the Double Sided Tape, Screws or Pop Rivets (or any combination). Lenses are specifically faceted so they’re very distinguishable in any rear view mirror system, especially when "conspicuously"* mounted on the top of a Fender. They also serve as a Federally Mandated Frontal (Amber) & Rearward (Red) pointing set of Clearance Lights that truly represents the Extreme Width* of the vehicle to following, passing and adjoining lane traffic as well as to nearby pedestrians. Also, "Side and Rear Seeable" provides even more "Presence" and I.D. "Conspicuity"*. All are also "Air Trapping" (Submersible) when used Vertically and also can be cut down and hung vertically providing a Shock/Flex Mount.

When mounted on top of Fenders, they also serve as "Mirror Seeable" Back Up, "Locator Lights" like all Big Rigs & Motor Homes use. Top of Fender Mounted (2 Color) WING TIPS, when submerged, can be a big help in properly centering the Boat on the Trailer. Wing Tips are made entirely of Tough, GE’s Lexan® … are "Air Trapping", Submersible* while still offering "Serviceable" Bulbs*.

By mounting just one of our all Amber Wing Tips on the Trailer Tongue provides Federally Compliant Photometrics through the entire Federally Mandated 45° Left, Right and 10° Up, Down Scan angles for both sides of the Trailer simultaneously. Further, when a Wing Tip is located on the Trailer Tongue, it can somewhat illuminates the Winch, Hitch and Jack Mechanisms helping when "jacking",
"winching" or "hitching up" in the dark.
FMVSS #108 Law allows this Combination of Front Side Markers - is called "Optical Combination" in Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard #108.
