If you choose to make
your own 2 Dimension or Compound Contoured Lens, you can try Fusing Pieces
together using Methylene Chloride or __ ___ and then Heating and
Forming. Acrylic Sheeting or use pieces of our All Lexan® Lenses we use in
our other products to make a Custom 2 Way or Compound Bending Lens, but it is very hard to
do and without getting bubbling if the plastic if heated too long and using too hot
of a temperature however getting rid of only Solvent Bond
joining lines, is a tough thing to conceal. |
